The Kirkland Office of Emergency Management is looking for volunteers to help with a Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) disaster drill! CERT members learn to find, rescue, and treat the injuries of disaster survivors. At the end of their training, they put their new skills to the test with a simulated earthquake drill with live 'survivors'.
